I am 44 years old, have worked 12 years long as a Fireman.

Never had any medical problems and I never seen a doctor, except the Dentist. I never have even a headache or any medical problems.
A week ago, I was traveling, in my personal vehicle, with my family (spouse and two kids-Christian 14 and Daniel 3 years old) at the traffic speed 45-50 mph. I was bumped hard from behind by a negligent driver who followed too close.
Since that happened my kids complain about back pain, my wife can't sleep, has back pain and headache. They look like their condition start to improve.
I was surprised to notice that my medical condition starts to be worse and worse.
I have knees’ pain, lower arm pain, lower back pain, hips pain, neck pain and, left and right shoulder pain, sometimes very sharp. My upper and lower abdomen hurt and I have periods of diarrhea and constipation daily.
I feel permanently fatigued and I can't sleep more than a couple of hours / night. I wake up feeling tired and depressed. I can't bend without feeling that I will fell and when I do so the pain become very sharp in neck, left side arm and lower side back.
I was not able to return to work, but I hope I will be able to do so, because I am the only support of my family.
Currently I and my family are under Chiropractor treatment, but I really don't know what happened to me.
If anyone know any thing about those symptoms and can give an advice, it would be appreciated.
